Group Internet-Based Attendance Policy:
Although the ACFE New Jersey 9, Inc. acknowledges that it is the participant’s responsibility to report the appropriate number of credits earned, it consistently maintains a process to monitor individual attendance at group programs to guarantee the correct allocation of CPE credits. The organization recognizes that a participant’s self-certification of attendance alone is insufficient. When conducting group internet-based programs, three polling questions per CPE credit are implemented to establish a real-time monitoring mechanism that verifies participant engagement during the course. These three polling questions per CPE credit are administered at sufficiently frequent intervals and are unpredictable, ensuring that attendees remain engaged throughout the session. Attendee participation is tracked via SLIDO, an application that facilitates real-time engagement through live polls, Q&As, and quizzes. It is the responsibility of attendees to accurately report CPE credits based on their actual time attending the sessions. While the ACFE New Jersey 9, Inc. recognizes that it is the participant’s responsibility to report the appropriate number of credits earned, the ACFE New Jersey 9, Inc. continually maintains a process to monitor individual attendance at group programs to ensure the correct number of CPE credits are assigned.
